I like to add value to the employee lifecycle and create an organisational culture that is flexible and agile in business and employee outcomes to ensure Vivup remains competitive and award winning.
I have a keen interest in employee relations and promoting health employee wellbeing and building supportive and trusting relationships. I joined Vivup in January 2022, it's a great environment to work in, with supportive colleagues who bring out the best in each other to make us the successful Vivup family we are.
